Issues with Exporting to CSV and Mail Merge Resulting in Blank Lines and Pages

Hello everyone,

I am experiencing an issue with exporting Spreadsheet files to CSV format. Every time I export, there are blank lines appearing in the CSV file. Additionally, I encounter a similar problem during mail merge operations, where I end up with blank pages in the output.

This issue occurs across different setups and with different files:

  • OnlyOffice Docs hosted by Infomaniak
  • The OnlyOffice desktop application with documents stored on Infomaniak Drive
  • The OnlyOffice desktop application with local documents

I have noticed that this behavior is consistent regardless of the specific files I am working with.

Has anyone else encountered this problem, and if so, were you able to find a solution? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Please specify version of Document Server that is used – you can find it in About tab on the left toolbar. Also, provide a sample file that produces the issue and a screenshot of resulting CSV.
