OS version: Ubuntu 21.04 x86_64
App version: Установка Snap пакета через - sudo snap install onlyoffice-desktopeditors
(Version: 6.3.1)

Установил, но столкнулся с двумя проблемами:
1 - При печати не видит мой принтер (HP P1102w, в ЛибраОфисе видит) - в Онлиофис есть возможность только - print to file (PDF)
2 - Также не открывает файлы на смонтированных дисках, но если их переношу в /home - то все открывается

Возможно ли как то их решить?

I installed desktop editors but encountered two problems:
1 - It does not recognize my printer (HP P1102w, recognized by libre office) - in ONLYOFFICE you can only print to file (PDF)
2 - Cannot open files from mounted drives, but if I transfer files to /home - they can be opened

Can this be solved?

Please pay your attention that, English is the main language for communication on forum.
Did you connect your printer by “smb” protocol ?
Please try to reinstall the package with “–classic” flag, and check if this issue still persist.
Related to the second issue, it is registered bug, we are still working to fix it.
