Is there any way in configuration or any way for removing the cache data of specific document when I wish to in only office editor

I have some scenario where I want to load a fresh version of document rather than its cached one. In that scenario, I am resetting the document but due to cache only office default back to its cache. Could you help on this?

Thanks a lot. It worked as I created new key on the scenario in which cache issue persisted.
