Integrating onlyoffice docs with liferay on remote server (windows server 2019)

Hi everyone,

i installed onlyoffice docs community version on windows server 2019 and deployed onlyoffice-liferay connector. but its working only in local. changed document server address from http://127.0.0.1/ to server ip and hostname but its not working.

its only working if document server address is http://127.0.0.1/ , but not accessible on other computers.

Please provide us with details. Do I understand you right that you installed Document server on the same server as Liferay? What is Liferay and connector app versions?
Please provide us with issue details (screenshots). Do you have any firewall\proxy-server in front of Document server?
