Could you please specify what ONLYOFFICE product are you using and provide us with a step-by-step scenario of what exactly you are doing with a screenshot of the error message you are getting?
Also - please check if the server your document is located on is accessible to the one with your ONLYOFFICE product installed and vice versa.
