Please provide us with additional information:

  1. OS server
  2. Point us to the guide which you used for installation.
  3. Version of Document server
  4. Did you integrate DS to some storage (Nextcloud, Seafile, Alfresco, etc.)? Or did you test integrated example (https://domain_name/example)?
  5. Please reproduce the issue and provide us with whole Document server logs folder. It’s located here:
    docker: /app/onlyoffice/DocumentServer/logs/documentserver/
    deb\rpm: /var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver/
    Windows: Program Files\ONLYOFFICE\DocumentServer\log

Please reproduce the issue and place whole Document server logs folder to any external storage > provide us with download link.
Also let us know your exact OS server.
One more thing. Please check if the issue reproduces with integrated example. You can enable it on Document server welcome page (https://domain_name/welcome)

You have provided a small part of the log that does not show the described issue.
Please reproduce the issue again and provide us actual all log files.
In terms of safety, you can send me whole log catalog via PM.
