Insert header from page 5

OS: Sonoma 14.6.1

Hi. I just want to know for a .doc document, i want to insert a header from page 5, i dont desire to do it before and it needs to be on all pages from page 5.

How do I enable that, and if I want it to stop at page 15, is there a way to do that?

Usually with a chapter break i am able to achieve this, but not sure how to do it on onlyoffice.
