I have installed OnlyOffice Workspace using docker, with the mail server disabled. I have configured an external SMTP server, and it is able to send emails. Now when I create an invite link or send an invite , it is using the IP address of the server instead of using the “custom domain name” I have configured in settings. Why is it using the IP address?

Have you been logged to your portal via ip address when you sent invitation email? Please re-check the situation: log in to the portal via domain name > send invitation letter.

Sorry, there’s no feature to modify this template. But, in general, this template is related to resource file:
So, as a workaround solution, you can try to change it and to re-compile Community Server to achieve your desired goal.
