Onlyoffice Document Preview in Desktop mode, my device display is a touch screen, but I can’t swipe directly like mobile preview, instead of just dragging the scroll bar on the right, which is a bad experience. I wish onlyOffice could add touch events in Desktop mode to add to the user experience. Thank you very much!

Please provide us with details. What exact product do you use? I mean Desktop editors or you are running preview mode with Document server. Also let us know exact version of product and issue scenario (you can record a videofile).

We are using onlyOffice DocumentServer and running preview mode
As shown in the figure, in desktop mode, in addition to PDF format documents can be touch sliding, such as Word and text and doc formats can not be touch sliding preview and operation in Desktop mode. But in Mobile mode, you can touch and slide, which is very convenient. We and our customers use Microsoft Surface or Dell XPS touchable devices, or tablets. So in desktop mode can enjoy the same operation as mobile slide preview is urgently needed, hope that this suggestion can be improved. I use an Android tablet and a Windows PC, which are touchable devices, and I can’t drag preview files on Windows 7 x64, Windows 10 x64, Windows 11 x64 like I can on android, We have also tested macOS and other Linux GUI systems and the same is true. The system versions are up to date and the browsers are Google version 101.0.4951.64 and Google Chrome version 78.0.3904.130
Currently, the touch experience of only PDF files in Destop mode is the same as that in Android mode.
I hope that OnlyOffice DocumentServer can be more user-friendly to touch devices in Desktop mode, giving users a better experience! thank you

Hello, I don’t know if WHAT I said is clear. What I mean is that the cursor mode in the 7.1 PDF file is the same as the gesture mode, except that the gesture mode can be touched. In the cursor mode, the touch device cannot slide, so the experience is a little bad
