Import new users and assign them to a group

Hello,

I have a collection of user records (expertable as CSV) that i’d like to import in our OnlyOffice collaborative environment (Cloud Version). This works (to some level) with the “import users” function in the “people” module. However, I didn’t manage to:

  • assign new users automatically to a particular group (to set permissions)
  • import other fields besides ‘first name’, ‘last name’, ‘email’ (e.g. title, location, sex, phone)

Any help on this is much appreciated!

Unfortunately, this is how users import works. Nevertheless, I will consider your message a suggestion and forward it to our development team for further consideration.
