Hi , I exported all emails from Microsoft outlook as a pst file, is it possible to import it to Workspace email module? or any other way to import old emails? I have added my email account in Workspae
but didn’t find any position with a import function.

Is your mail account currently active? I mean that you can simply import emails during when connecting your account to the Workspace portal:

Unfortunately, there’s no direct way to import emails from a .pst file.
However, the following workaround might be helpful (please note that it hasn’t been well tested, so we cannot guarantee its effectiveness):
A. Go to your WorkSpace portal > connect a custom domain > add a mail account > connect this mail account to the Thunderbird app.
B. Since the .pst format is used by Microsoft, you need to convert the .pst file to .eml format.
C. Move the .eml files to the “Inbox” folder of the connected mailbox in Thunderbird. The emails will be synchronized via IMAP with the portal.
