Been pretty impressed with OnlyOffice so far. One big issue ive ran into now mid migration is I’ve just realised every account besides the main admin can’t login via third party apps with IMAP / SMTP.
So my main account, I can open up outlook and login with mail.domain.com with SSL 993 and 465 (IMAP / SMTP)
No worries at all. But as soon as I try to login with any other account it just fails? More specifically the error that returns on aquamail for example is (NO Authentication) which is false because there is authentication
Anyone else ran into this issue or at least have some pointers for me to check?

Are you trying to add a new mailbox account to the Mail module of Workspace? Can you share a screenshot of the error that you see after attempting to connect a mailbox?
Also, please specify version of all components of Workspace. You can find them in Control Panel module > Update section.

Sorry for the late reply on this. I decided to host the mail elsewhere and just connect it to the mail app in onlyoffice via IMAP remotely
This is working well now. It was just when i tried hosting the mail server in onlyoffice itself third party clients could never authenticate.
