If pptx embed files (for example, word), will convert failed

as title desc, if a pptx file embed a docx file, will throw an error: errorCode = -80.

is there some way to ignore these case，let convert progress can complete？

Hello @isNaN, please provide the original file with which the issue can be reproduced.

We haven’t been able to reproduce the issue on our side so far. Here are the steps we followed:

  1. Created a pptx file.
  2. Inserted a docx file as an object (containing some text).
  3. Opened the pptx file in Docs 8.3.1. We also recommend to test this on the recent version as the version that you are using is old
