I can't edit/save files on Google Drive using ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors

Do you want to: Ask a how-to question

OS version: Arch Linux (rolling release)
App version: ONLYOFFICE ver. 8.3.3.21
Downloaded from: AUR (en) - onlyoffice-bin

Additional information:
I’m using GNOME 48 and its online accounts app. I am logged into a Google account and using Google Drive.

When I try to open documents stored in Google Drive using OnlyOffice, I am informed that the file is read-only. Also, when I try to create documents within Google Drive using OnlyOffice, the same error persists.

Is there an additional step I need to take in order to use OnlyOffice in this scenario?

Thanks.

Hello @protoman

Do I understand that your Google Drive is mounted to Files through GNOME Accounts?

@Constantine, correct!

Thanks. We will take a look at this package. Can you specify version of your OS? In original post it just states “rolling release”.
