I cannot open any document with the Android app

Hi,

I have recently downloaded the app on my phone and also started using OnlyOffice on my desktop. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t seem to work.
A few hours after installing the app, it will not open any document. Every time I try to open something I have the message “try to restore previous changes” followed by a never ending loading wheel. No matter which option I click.

I deleted the app and reinstalled the app several times, but the problem always comes back.i also thought that it could be because I linked the app with my KDrive. So I tried without connecting the app to the drive. Always the same. Even the sample documents provided with the app won’t open.

OS version: Android 15
App version: version 8.2.3
Mode: Connect to Cloud and on device

Have you granted all necessary right at the first app launch?

Hi,
Yes, I did. But it won’t even open the ONLYOFFICE sample document provided with the app

Please reset the cache from the settings of the app, then try opening demo files again.
