I am not able to sing in and not even to reset by password.. Is personal.onlyoffice canceled?

Hi everyone,
I have an account on personal.onlyoffice.com, which I used to store and access my files in onlyoffice cloud. On the first week of September, I was not longer able to log in to my account, which current usr/pswd. I’ve also tried to reset my password, but either this don’t work. It says that the email with reset link has been sent to my email but still after week nothing came. Also the site personal.onlyoffice is not online anymore and it is redirecting me to dockspace, which is another product, isn’t it? Even in dockaspace I cannot connect with my pswd. It’s really important for me to access these files, I used them to log our home expenses and now I am lost :expressionless:.

Does anybody here experience the same behaviour of the site?

If you did, how did you fix it?

If I can’t get my files back, I will take a lesson of this and store them only on my own machine in the future.

DocSpace Cloud URL: personal.onlyoffice.com (or not?)
Browser version: Firefox the newest, but I also tested it on chromium and it “works” the same

The Personal was disabled on September, 1st. The information about the upcoming shutdown was posted as a banner on the Personal itself, as well as on the blog and in marketing emails with news form ONLYOFFICE.
Please submit a ticket via Zendesk (https://helpdesk.onlyoffice.com/hc/en-us) to colleagues of mine and describe the situation. They will check the situation and will try to help you.

Hi everyone,
I figured out, that the email with the link to migrate an account from personal.onlyoffice.com to dockspace was sent to my by the end of august. When I had found that email, the migration got done automatically. Now, I am able to use all my files as convenient as I used to use them before.

If anybody is dealing with this kind of problem, be sure to find that email, or contact the support by the link in the post above.
