When i type a text there as pop up window with suggestions on the next word. It irritates a lot since it pops up near or even over the zone Im typing at the moment. That is besides the fact I dont need it at all, but I can`t find where to turn it off.

Please note that such settings are usually related to the used keyboard and must be disabled in your system settings. This feature is most commonly called Predictive Text, you can take a look at the settings of your cell to switch it off.
Thank you, that was really a system T9. Not cell though, but windows 11 predictive text function.
