How to set a different default font?

For example: every time when i open a document or spreadsheet i want default font to be Verdana 10 point.

How this can be done? If this option is unavailable then please provide the same

I am on Mac OS Monterey version 12.7.

At the moment, there is no implemented function to change the document opening.

Version 7.5 adds the ability to create documents from a template

I will clarify about the possibility of opening a document with the necessary parameters directly from the main menu. (Implementation of document templates/tables/presentations in the main menu)
