How can I recover a document that I have put in the trash and then I have emptied it; How can I recover it without installing any program? Thank you

Did you delete a file that was created on ONLYOFFICE Docs via browser? Or it was local file on your PC?

No entiendo la pregunta, si la pregunta es si elimine un archivo creado con onlyoffice,la respuesta es si; elimine el acceso directo que lo pase a la papelera de reciclaje para despues vaciarla pero lo que no elimine es el documento. Pero ahora me dice que no encuentra el documento y cuando con el programa RECUVA recupero documentos con este nombre solo me recupera accesos directos de este documento y cuando los restauro me vuelve a decir que no lo encuentra.
No se si me explico pero necesito por favor poder recuperar el documento y RECUVA me recupera accesos directos ( que es lo que elimine ) pero el original ni se donde esta ni se me abre

First, I need to understand what product you are using. Is it server solution or desktop editors?
So far I understand that you have deleted a shortcut of the document but not the document itself, is that correct? Or you removed both?
Gracias, yo elimine el acceso directo que tenia en una carpeta del escritorio, pero que yo sepa el documento directo no ( pero ha desaparecido ); pero resulta que desde que lo elimine nunca mas he podido abrir con onlyoffice el archivo en cuestion.
Y con el recuva he recuperado el nombre del archivo pero solo me recupera el aceso directo; y cuando lo recupero y quiero abrirlo me dice que no lo encuentra.
No lo entiendo pero lo que me pasa es esto. Por eso pido mucha ayuda

Have you tried to open recovered file with any other editor? Like MS Word, for example.
Note that if the file physically exists on your PC and recovered shortcut points to this file then our Desktop Editors will be able to open it.
Can you send a screenshot of properties of the file you are trying to open?

Unfortunately, our editor cannot find the file so I assume that it was removed completely. Try opening ‘Properties’ of shortcut to see last location of the file and looking into stated folder. Maybe you will find the file there.
I understand that this is very unfortunate situation but since this trouble is not related to our desktop editors we will not be able to help.

Ya he abierto propiedades pero la ubicacion que pone es donde esta el acceso directo. Dices “nuestro editor no puede encontrar el archivo” pero que quieres decir, que no lo ha encontrado donde ? Porque si yo no lo elimine y solo elimine el acceso directo, donde esta el documento original ?
Y porque me deci que el problema no esta relacionado con nuestros editores ?

Unfortunately, I cannot tell you where original file is but if the shortcut points to the same folder then there are two possible results:
- shortcut points to itself,
- the original file was in the same folder.
I cannot be sure about which one of those is your case but as a result you get the error on your screenshot that generally says that the file cannot be found.
So, basically, the problems is that files is missing and that’s why it is not related to our editors.
I have tried to help you with most basic solutions but it did not give any results. Unfortunately, file recovery is not our in scope of expertise so please accept my apologies for not being able to help you.
