I am trying to open the document in Mobile Apps using Webview, but it is not opening in Responsive Mode, so how to open in Mobile Responsive Mode.

Note that if you are using a Community Edition of Document Server then you will not be able to edit documents in Mobile Webview, for the free version you are only able to open documents for viewing, i.e. in View-Only mode.
