I had installed an instance of Only office workspace on windows and now we have installed it on a new server so would want to transfer all users’ files and folders to new server

The simplest way for migration is ‘Backup\Restore’ feature:

Please keep in mind that new server should have the same core.machinekey value (you can check out description in the link above) and Control Panel\Community server versions. So you need to update your ‘old’ server first before starting the migration.
