How-to Increase Recipient Limit on Mail Server

I am using the OnlyOffice Mail Module in our instance of OnlyOffice Workspace Enterprise. We have the Mail Module setup to use our domain using our self hosted OnlyOffice Mail Server. When trying to send an email to more than 50 email addresses I get the following mail delivery failure message:

Please, check your message recipients addresses and message format. If you are sure your message is correct, check all the **"Matthew"** account settings, and, if everything is correct, sign in to the mail service you use and confirm any verification questions, in case there are some. After then try again.

Reason: "4.5.3 Error: too many recipients"

How can I increase the mail server recipient limit for our users?

Community Server/Control Panel version: 12.0.1.1748/3.1.1.467
Type of installation of Workspace (docker, deb/rpm, exe): docker
OS: Ubuntu
Browser version: Brave v1.43.89

This is expected behavior. 50 recipients limitation is related to spam filter. Please clarify what recipient value you need.

One more thing, as far as I see, you have a commercial license. This way it’s better to contact us via Zendesk to get prompt replies.
