How to fetch a document from OnlyOffice Document Server using document.key?

I have OnlyOffice Developer Edition installed on my server.
Now there are multiple documents as I can see in the already integrated “Test Example”.
Is there any way to fetch those documents or the latest/updated version of those document while the document is being edited/co-edited?
I want the latest copy of the doucments using API’s.
Kindly help me out.

A “Test Example” is an example.
You can run the “example” to ensure its functionality and try out the editors in action.
