How to enable Sign Word or Excel documents in DocServer

In OnlyOffice DocServer, how can I enable the option to Sign of documents like excel or word. In the desktop version of onlyoffice is posible in : Protection → Sign, but in the docserver version doesn’t appears this option. Only Encrypt, protect book, etc.
Document Server version: ONLY OFFICE Enterprise Edition Server. Document Editor version 7.1.1
OS: Debian Linux

Sorry for the late reply.
Unfortunately, currently this feature is only available for Desktop Editors. We are planning to implement it to Document Server in one of the future major updates.
