I started with OnlyOffice Personal, though I’ve seen that Personal is being phased out this month so I created a DocSpace account.
I have my Personal account linked to the OnlyOffice Documents app (Android), but when I try to link my DocSpace account to the app it doesn’t work.
Am I just doing it wrong? I enter my email and password for the DocSpace account, but when I tap “Sign In” I get a small popup at the bottom of the screen that says “unauthorized request”.

I have just checked my DocSpace portal via mobile app, everything is OK. Please clarify version of your Documents app and exact version of your Android device (and Android OS).
Also, if it’s possible, please reproduce the situation and record a video file.
