How to add custom language for Document Server?

Problem: I need arabic support for my application. As arabic is not currently available for onlyoffice.How can I add support for it?
Document Server version: 8.13.4
Installation method: Docker
OS: Ubuntu
Browser version: 112.0.5615.165 (Official Build) (64-bit)

We are actively working to improve all aspects of RTL support, including the Arabic language.
Could you please provide more details about the issue you’re experiencing?
