I installed OnlyOffice Workspace with this command from [Installing server version using the provided script - ONLYOFFICE]:
wget https://download.onlyoffice.com/install/workspace-install.sh
I selected Docker to install and the installation was completed successfully. Furthermore, the domain is already pointed to the IP address of the Linux VPS.
Then I can access the dashboard via http://<my_domain>/Wizard.aspx
(Of course I would not try to login or configure Onlyoffice just yet until HTTPS works)
What are the next steps to make it accessible via HTTPS?
Hello @kerbymart,
Please follow this guide to switch Workspace to HTTPS: Switching to HTTPS using Control Panel - ONLYOFFICE
The guide is incomplete; the Control Panel operation completed successfully, but accessing the Workspace via HTTPS still results in a connection refused error.
The issue is that OnlyOffice Workspace does not display the domain name in the box after the “successful operation” message.
I have reviewed several video guides and the documentation, and I believe it should show the domain name in the central box.
What could be missing?
(I’m accessing the Onlyoffice deployment through SSH port forwarding for security instead of accessing it through the public domain which is only HTTP)
