Do you use mobile app or the Document server? The both products support zoom in and out in the editor with fingers (pinch to zoom in\out). Please clarify the situation and if it’s possible record a video file.

Here’s some good news!
Version 8.2.0 will include updates that enhance touch screen support in the full version of our editors.
So you’ll soon be able to get your hands on this feature. The release of version 8.2.0 is tentatively scheduled for the end of October.
