HELP! PROBLEM WITH FONTS

I’d like to ask for your help!

About a month ago, I installed OnlyOffice for a MacBook. Honestly, it’s an excellent package, and I’m very satisfied. However, about a week ago, an error occurred with the entire package.

The details are as follows: I can’t select any of the fonts I have installed. The program normally did that until one time, when I tried to change it, I got the message “An error occurred while working with the document.” Since then, it hasn’t allowed me to change the font.

When I click on the font combo box, nothing appears.

As a solution, I’ve already uninstalled the program and reinstalled it several times, but without success; the problem persists. I hope you can help me with a configuration process or some method that works for me, because nothing has worked so far.

*I’m using a MacBook with Big Sur, and it only allowed me to install OnlyOffice. Version: 8.3.3

Could you please double-check if there’re any duplicate fonts on your OS and remove them? Recently we discussed similar case here: Сan't change the font in any file - #32 by MarcelR
