Header displayed on the left side and body on the right side

This is my first post, and I’m sorry if I’m in the wrong place. I would like to expose a “funny” display with OnlyOffice Desktop Editors. :upside_down_face:

I have a Word document (.docx - Word 2019) that is not rendering correctly with OnlyOffice Desktop (I have exactly the same problem with the web version).

This .docx file :
DocumentWithBrokenHeader.docx (21.0 KB)

My document displays a table. But the particularity is that the table header is in the head section of the document, and the rows are in the body of the document.

The problem is that the page splits in two parts : the left side displays the header, while the right displays the body. :grinning:

I have the same problem with the web version (deployed with Docker).

I have not the problem with other application, like LibreOffice (desktop) :

Neither with Office365 (web version) :

Thanks by advance for your response. :grinning:

OnlyOffice Desktop

Hi, we’re glad you took the time to describe this issue so thoroughly!
Thank you very much for the file and screenshots. :hugs:

We are checking the situation.

In your file, we found a total of 2 issues:

  1. Our document editor currently lacks implementation for wrapping around tables.
  2. Incorrect table width.

Thanks for spending time for my problem. :grinning:
I am aware that the Word document is not “clean”.

Do you know if there is a deadline for resolving these problems ? :crossed_fingers:

Unfortunately, the time frame for fixing these bugs is currently unknown.

No problem, I just wanted this bug to be known. Thanks for all :grinning:
