Hello!
Issue is repeated.
After enable 2fa through SMSC. I enter received SMS code, but OnlyOffice returns me to login screen.
I’m using LDAP account.
Last time I’ve turned off 2fa (Can't auth with 2fa (SMSC)). This time I repeat that action.
Can’t understand why 2fa SMSC not work correctly.
Thanks!
Hello @konstsor
Please show us the issue step by step, including your settings from the Portal Access page. If it’s possible, please record a video file.
Once the issue is reproduced, please collect entire Community Server and Control Panel logs folders. They’re located here (as far as I remember, you have the package installation):
/var/log/onlyoffice/
Additionally, please specify versions of installed components with yum list installed | grep onlyoffice
command.
Thank you for the logs and video file! We are checking the situation.
Hello @konstsor
Please provide additional details:
A. What LDAP server do you use?
B. Go to the portal > LDAP settings > make a screenshot of your settings.
C. Have you tried to check 2FA app (instead of SMS codes)?
D. Will the situation with SMS codes change for regular user (not LDAP one)?
A. MS AD
B. at the end
C. Will try…
D. No same behavior
With FreeOTP I have the same problem (not AD user)
Thank you! We are checking the situation.
Tryed to use FreeOTP and it was unsuccessful. Turned off 2fa via mysql after fail.
With FreeOTP I have the same problem (not AD user)
So, the issue isn’t related to SMS codes, but to 2fa in general. Please provide us with additional information:
- OS version;
- please double-check date\time on your server. Is time and date synchronization enabled? What are the timezones of your server and your PC?
- are there any special characters in the email or user’s name?
