I’ve a excel sheet which is importing data or coping cells from other sheets in same directory. each time I open this sheet in onlyoffice, it asks me to trust external files. Then I’ve to click on 1 formula per sheet, only then data is imported. The formula doesn’t show value until I click 1 formula per sheet and press enter. Only then Calculation formula for every sheet works. How to fix this in onlyoffice?
Hello @eppleshine,
Please provide the following additional info:
- Version of the Desktop App that you are using
- Original file
- Screen recording of the issue reproduction steps
I’m using `ONLYOFFICE version 8.3.0.97 (deb).
Steps to reproduce:
- There are two sheets in a directory. First sheet is “A.xlsx” which has a bunch of data in “summary” sheet. There is another sheet in which I’ve followed the formula
='[A.xlsx]summary'!B8
. This formula just imports a cell’s value by formula. - When I open this sheet, the “#NAME?” is written in the sheet.
- Sometimes dialogue appears that asks if you trust external files. I always trust them.
- I press on the Formula > Calculation button. But it doesn’t calculate anything. This button should work to calculate the formula and import the data.
- The workaround for me is to click on a cell that imports data from A.xlsx and press the Enter key. The formula gets calculated. Now if I press Formula > Calculation button, all formulas referencing A.xlsx get their values. If I’ve 100 formulas referring to 100 sheets, I’ve to do manual calculation for each file and only then auto calculation works.
Sorry for the delayed response.
Please also provide the file on which the issue is reproduced for reference, so we could test on the file ourselves
