Form filling in mobile browsers

I have an application that delivers consent forms to patients via the Chrome Browser on IOS and Android tablets. I would like to add editable components such as check boxes etc. The PDF viewer in all mobile browsers converts the PDF to an un-editable format(?). Is there a solution using onlyoffice where I could present the form in a fill only mode? Or is there a PDF method for standard browsers.

Please provide us with additional details. I just have checked a pdf file with checkboxes via mobile browser, all things are OK. How exactly are you opening files on your mobile device? If you are an independent integrator, please show us your editor initialization config file.
Additionally, please record a video file with your usage scenario.
