Footer display in OnlyOffice does not match Microsoft Word

Additional information:
Formatting is different when viewing a document in OnlyOffice vs. Microsoft Word for footers with different settings.

Do I understand it right that the difference is related to content control ‘TEST’ position in the head of file? If I misunderstood the situation, please clarify it and highlight the differences in the screenshot.
