Feature that I don't want implemented in OO. Dialog box launcher like in MS office

I have sent this suggestion months ago to OO customer support agent. But later, I have changed my mind and I don’t want this feature in OO.

In general, please try to avoid creating separate ‘notificational’ posts, you can simply find the original post and send the message there instead.

  1. I didn’t post this suggestion on this forum, I have sent this suggestion to OO customer support agent.

  2. I got a reply back from OO customer support agent on my gmail for this suggestion, but I have deleted these messages from my gmail, but there is probably my message in Zendesk support system.

  3. I have sent a screenshot about this suggestion to OO customer support agent. I have sent the screenshot here again named “dialog box launcher”, the red circle in the screenshot is the Dialog box launcher in MS office.
    But as I said previously, I have changed my mind and I don’t want this feature in OO.

I was able to find your old ticket with this request.
We appreciate your ideas and suggestions on new features. About the idea of making ribbon customizable in general: this idea has got support from many other users (we received similar requests), so right now a lot of work is in progress towards implementing it. At this stage, we cannot provide exact details on how it will be implemented but since many users are looking forward to it we are still planning to introduce it.
