Please provide the following additional info:
- Type of the Document Server installation (Docker, deb/rpm, Windows Server)
- Document Server logs (/var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver, for Docker - inside the container; Windows Server - %Program Files%\ONLYOFFICE\DocumentServer\Logs)
We need to see all the logs as files, please attach the logs file (specially, we need to see docservice’s ee.log, out.log and converter’s err.log, our.log)
