Please point me to the guide which you used for Document server installation. Also please clarify if you face the issue on the integrated example (http://domain_name/example) or on some third-paty app such as Nextcloud, Seafile, Alfrescom etc.
If it’s possible, please reproduce the issue and make a videofile, also please provide us with whole Document server logs folder.
One more thing, please let us know your exact Document server version (7.2 or 7.2.2?).
