Please specify version of Document Server and what type of proxy you are using in your environment. Also, it’d be useful to have logs of Document Server to have better understanding of the issue. Logs in Docker are located in /var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver/ inside the container with Document Server, please archive those and share here.
