Please provide some additional info:

  1. Please clarify: are you using Workspace, or are you integrating Document Server with OwnCloud? (As you’ve added Owncloud tag to the post)
  2. What are the versions of other Workspace components? (Community Server, Control Panel)? The version that you are using is old, we strongly recommend that you update
  3. Full Document Server logs (/var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver, for Docker - inside the container) as file
