Today I made the version update for the document server, when trying to open a file it generates a document service not available error. Please contact the support team. In this case how can I solve the problem, please help urgently

Please specify the following:
- OS of the server where your Workspace is installed.
- Type of installation of Workpsace (docker, deb/rpm).
- Screenshot from Settings => Integration => Document Service on the portal.
