I’m trying to open a file in the api and i’m getting this error

API version: 7.3
I Have other registers with other files that open only this one is getting this error

Please install the current version of Document Server 7.5.1 and check if your file can be opened with it.

If the issue persists, please attach the file so we could analyze it.
