Hi,
I have installed nextcloud 30.0.8 with onlyoffice app version 9.7 and onlyoffice document server 8.3.2 on two different hosts running rocky linux 9. When I run

sudo -u apache php occ onlyoffice:documentserver --check

in the nexcloud server, Iget

Error connection: Error occurred in the document service: Error while downloading the document file to be converted

Document Server 8.3.2
Type of installation of the Document Server: rpm
OS: linux (rocky linux 9)

Does anybody know can I solve this problem.

Please check out logs of Document Server for more information and possible cause of the issue. Logs are located in /var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver/ directory on host machine.

By the way, are these hosts configured to use domain names or they are using IP addresses to communicate? Is there any proxy service in front of Document Server?

Hello Constantine,
finally I installed onlyoffice with the script http://download.onlyoffice.com/docs/docs-install.sh and
now it works perfectly.
The only difference that I found betwwen the server that works and the old server that didn’t work was that in the last server the port 8000 was closed.
Do you know if the port 8000 must be open in a onlyoffice document server?
