Error at startup, a box in the pointer

Hi, I can’t figure out how to write in a document in a normal way. Every time I start a new document I get when writing a text box in which writes but with a lowercase letter and size about 4 or 5 size and I can not remove it. It is as if the text was in the pointer. Click where it is it does nothing and if I click on delete it is not removed.

Hi, I decided to uninstall onliffice and reinstall it and now it seems to let me write without any problem.
