Sorry for the delay. Indeed, this behavior with exact time after noon results in additional day when formula calculates the value. We’ve registered a bug on this behavior and started working on it.

The issue with incorrect data display when time set to past midnight is fixed in new version of Desktop Editors. Update for it will be available in a couple of days, please await for it and check the situation again.
NB: If you open provided test file, you will find that issue reproduces. Just to clarify - you need to recalculate formulas by navigating to Formula tab > Calculation > either one of options. For newly created formulas it will display correct value automatically.
