Entire spreadsheet shifts when working in frozen rows

I’m having an issue while working in a spreadsheet with frozen rows at the top. When I’m working far down in the spreadsheet, and then want to edit any frozen cell, the spreadsheet autoscrolls to the first unfrozen row, which makes it necessary to scroll back down to where I was working to resume my tasks. My screenshots are a sample of what happens.
