Email confirmation for LDAP users

Additional information:

Email confirmation does not work for users synchronized via LDAP. The email arrives, but there is no effect on the link.

Hello, I downloaded free version of Docspace Community. Installed it via script Installing ONLYOFFICE DocSpace using the provided script - ONLYOFFICE

After sync docspace with our Active Directory. Our users can login to docspace, but they can’t confirm this mails.

Can you please elaborate on what exactly happens when user clicks the accept button in the confirmation email? Does it redirect to another page or anything else?

Yes, it redirects to the main page of Doсspace. At the same time, the code from the letter tries to be transmitted in the URL.

Can you share a screenshot of LDAP settings for the reference? I recommend censoring any sensitive information like, for instance, server address or passwords if you are going to share.

Unfortunately, I was able to reproduce the issue. Bug was registered on this behavior, I believe it will be fixed very soon. Anyways, I will inform you one new release of DocSpace with the fix is out.
