Sometimes, when you want to drag & drop a picture from the windows explorer to an editor, dropping the picture is impossible :
The picture stays in the “hover” state and cannot be dropped in the document.
Weird thing: in the same folder, one picture has the issue but the next one from the same folder does not.

it would be nice if you provided the files (png images) with which the problem occurs. or does the problem occur randomly?

I checked today: with the same pptx file and the same png file, the drag&drop works fine…

Good news for you (less for me).
It looks that the issue I’m facing is not an OO issue bug a windows bug, as for the first time I had it today trying to drag & drop files from a zipped folder to another folder.
I guess you can close the case.
