Drag-and-Drop does not work on desktop editor / Docspace

Hello everyone,
I use Onlyoffice for years. I had the old docspace (workspace cloud) for a while and I switch to the new version recently to collaborate more easily. With this new version the drag-and-drop of files or folder does not work. I use the destop editor version 8.3.0-1 for manjaro.

One more precision, drag&drop works perfectly on my old workspace (xxx.onlyoffice.eu) directly in the desktop app and it works also on docspace if opened in Firefox.

I did not find any similar problem on the forum. Has anyone an idea ?

Please clarify the following details:

  1. Does this problem occur with Cloud DocSpace connected to Desktop Editor in particular?
  2. What is the Desktop Editor installation method? (flatpak, apimage, etc.)

  1. Indeed, this problem occurs with do space connected to desktop editor.

  2. Installation via manjaro’s official repository (Pacman)

When I drag a file or folder from my hard drive to docspace, I indeed have a green icon indicating it is possible to drop. However when I drop, nothing happens and the file or folder are not uploaded in docspace.

Unfortunately, the package for Manjaro that you mentioned is not a package distributed by Onlyoffice, we cannot help with issues occuring on unofficial packages.
Please use official installation methods from our website: ONLYOFFICE desktop and mobile apps | ONLYOFFICE and check if the problem is still reproduced in that case

I installed the official flatpack package instead. The problem is still there.
