Download failed together with Seafile

Hello everyone, maybe you can help me, but I am totally lost by now.

I’ve been trying to connect OnlyOffice Docs to a Seafileserver for days now. Unfortunately, I always end up with the error Download failed when I open a document in Seafile.

I can’t find anything in the logs and the configuration should fit as well. I installed OnlyOffice Docs without Docker on a Debian 11. It’s probably just a small thing, an access error maybe, but I’m totally lost.

For all with the same problem, after these commands:

  • documentserver-jwt-status.sh
  • documentserver-letsencrypt.sh
  • documentserver-pluginsmanager.sh
  • documentserver-update-securelink.sh

the problem is fixed. Why and what in detail was the magic command … I don’t know.
