Dont receiving notification from calendar

Hello, need some help.
Onlyoffice workspace working on Windows 2012 server.
I import users from AD.
Create event in calendar with notification 5 min, but when clock is on i dont receive notification not to chat not to mail.
Yes, i configure smtp server settings, i turn on notification from cal in users profile, but still it doesnt work

Please go to Windows Services and restart ONLYOFFICE Notify service. If that doesn’t help, please reproduce the issue and send us svcNotify log file. It’s located here: Program Files (x86)\Ascensio System SIA\CommunityServer\Logs

One more thing. Go to portal settings > SMTP Settings > click ‘Send test mail’ and make a screenshot of any error if it appears.

Thx, after rebooting server it works now!
Any chance to push notification to external xmpp server ?

Now notification stop working again. I now restart doest help. And svcNotify log file is empty

Please provide us with additional information about your installation:

  1. Component versions of your portal (Community server, Control Panel, etc.)
  2. Go to portal settings > SMTP Settings > click ‘Send test mail’ and make a screenshot of any error if it appears.
  3. Attach whole Community server logs folder to your reply. You can upload it to some external storage and provide us with download link.
